Refund policy

This policy covers Websites, Search, Books, ghostwriting, systems, and related studio work billed through Yusuf Choudhury and Choudhury Digital. One-off Career and Growth payments on /careers and /growth keep the separate Career and Growth refunds page.

Monthly retainers

Retainers run for the minimum term on the pricing page (typically twelve months). You may cancel at the end of that term with written notice. Fees already invoiced for the current month are not refunded. Early cancellation before the minimum term ends does not release remaining months unless agreed in writing.

Setup fees and project deposits

Setup fees and project deposits cover scoping, design, and reserved delivery time. If you cancel before work starts and no third-party costs have been committed, the deposit may be refunded minus any agreed admin fee stated on your quote. After work has started, deposits and setup fees are not refunded.

Calls and revisions

Discovery calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed calls without notice may count as used. Revision rounds follow the scope on your service page or statement of work.

How to request

Email Yusuf@yusuf-choudhury.com with your company name, service, and Stripe receipt or invoice reference. Card refunds, when due, are returned through Stripe.
