Refunds

If you cancel before the intake is submitted, the payment is refunded in full. Email Yusuf@yusuf-choudhury.com with the Stripe receipt.

A call can be moved once, with at least one clear day of notice, onto another open London slot. After the written work is delivered, or after the booked call has happened, the fee is not refunded.

A Startup Review fee credited against a Founder Sprint is not also refunded. The credit is the £295 review, applied once, within 30 days of that review.

Test-mode card payments are reversed in Stripe test mode. They do not move live funds.
