What Go Eve publishes
- DockChain connects to a standard OCPP compliant DC charger and runs a daisy chain backbone cable to a DockChain unit in each bay.
- Vehicles charge in sequence, not by load balancing, so Go Eve says each vehicle charges at full power, one at a time.
- Cables can be rated to 400 amps: up to 160 kW on a 400 V vehicle or 320 kW on an 800 V vehicle, if the source charger and vehicle can handle it. Go Eve notes 250 amp cables can be more economical.
- Connecting cables range from 150 to 400 amps. CCS or NACS connectors are available.
- Maximum power depends on the DC charger output, what the vehicle can take, and the power rating configured on the DockChain system.
